根据相关法令法规，为进一步提升国际学生管理水平，完善国际学生信息建设，我处将于2017年12月5日至12月8日开展在校国际学生携带来厦的家属信息填报工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、填报对象

凡是我校在籍国际学生携带来厦的家属皆需填报。

二、填报流程

凡是有携带来厦家属的国际学生需于2017年12月5日至12月8日24:00前登录https://jinshuju.net/f/iSx6fy或者扫描以下二维码进行其家属的信息填报。

三、其他

请有携带来厦家属的国际学生务必在规定时间内按要求填报其家属信息，不报、错报或者漏报的皆可能造成其家属在厦居留许可无法延长。请各学院（研究院）做好通知宣传工作。

Notice of Information Collection of International Students’ Relatives in Xiamen

According to the requirements of relevant regulations, the university is going to collect the information of the relatives international students bring with them to Xiamen from Dec. 5 to Dec. 8, 2017 to improve the administration of international students. The details are as follows:

I.Whose information to report?

The relatives of current international students that they bring with them to Xiamen

II.How to report the information?

Current international students who have relatives with them in Xiamen should log in https://jinshuju.net/f/iSx6fy or scan the QR code below to report their relatives’ information from Dec. 5 24:00, to Dec. 8, 2017.

III.Others

International students who bring relatives with them should report their relatives’ information as required within the designated timeframe. Please note that failure to report the information on time, incorrect or untrue report of the information might result in the failure of residence permit extension of international students’ relatives.
