各位同学：
若你在2018年7月1日-8月31日期间因毕业延期或其他原因需要重新申请签证申请表(JW202)，请根据以下流程办理相关手续。
如果你是海外教育学院自费本科生和自费汉语进修生，请直接前往翔安校区海外教育学院B207办公室提出申请；
如果你不是海外教育学院自费本科生和自费汉语进修生，请按照以下提示进行申请：
1. 招生办受理时间：每周二上午。
2. 提交材料时间：每周一上午8:30-11:30 下午2:30-5:30，暑假期间请见假期具体开放时间通知
3. 提交材料地点：学生事务大厅5号柜台（思明校区嘉庚三1楼）
4. 携带资料：护照、最新暂住证、护照首页复印件和《延毕证明》。
研究生：《延毕证明》通过研究生院系统上的延期界面打印并加盖所在学院公章；本科生：《延毕证明》由所在学院和教务处(嘉庚三14楼)出具，并加盖公章。
海外教育学院和医学院的学生：还需要额外携带学院开具的JW202申请说明函。
5. 领取方式：学生在提出申请两周后（14天后）的周一自行前往学生事务大厅领取新JW202表。
6. 温馨提醒：重新办理JW202表的审批周期至少需要2周，公安局审批居留许可延期一般需要15个工作日，请需要办理的同学务必根据自己的实际情况，至少提前30天提出申请，以免影响居留许可的正常办理。

Tips for the application for the new JW202 form between July and August 2018
Dear Students,
If you need to apply for a new JW202 form for your residence permit extension or any other reasons between July 1 and August 31, please follow the instructions below:
***If you are a self-supporting undergraduate/language student from the Overseas Education College, please proceed to B207, OEC on Xiang'an campus to apply for JW form；
***If you are not a self-supporting undergraduate/language student from the Overseas Education College,please follow the tips below:
1.Processof the Application by the Admissions Office: Every Tuesday
2.Submission of the Application: 8:30-11:30, 14:30-17:30, Every Monday. For office hours during the summer holiday please refer to the holiday notice then.
3.Place of Submission: Counter No.5, Student Affairs Hall (1st Floor, Jiageng 3 Bldg. Siming Campus)
4.Required Documents:
A.Passport, Photocopy of the front page of your passport,
B.latest Accommodation Report
C.Proof of Study Extension,
For the Proof of Study Extension, if you are a postgraduate student, please print the approved application webpage on the system of the Graduate School and ask the college office to stamp on it.
If you are an undergraduate student, please ask the college office and Academic Affairs Office (14th floor, Jiageng 3 Bldg) to issue the proof.
D.Introduction letter (Students at Overseas Education College and the Medical College ONLY, available at the college offices)
5. Collecting method: You could pick up the new JW202 form at the Student Affairs Hall (1st Floor, Jiageng 3 Bldg. Siming Campus) on Monday after two weeks submitting the application.
6. Tips: Since it takes about 2 weeks for processing new JW202 form and 15 weekdays for the PSB to process residence permit extension, we advise students who need to extend the residence permit apply for new JW form at least 30 days in advance of the expiry date to avoid overstaying your residence permit.
